Bongeka Jojo is a seasoned professional, & expert in Financial matters. Jojo is a qualified charted accountant, highly experienced in Public sector environment.

She has been trained and worked in Corporate Governance responsibilities since 2002 starting from reporting to the Board & related Committees and now advising the Boards

She has served  as a member of the Audit & Risk Committees of the Boards/ Council for 14 years and has  been the chairperson of the Audit Committee for 5 years

Jojo is a  member of the panel of Directors approved by the PIC (Public Investment Corporation) and serve as a shareholder representative on selected and adhoc investment companies of the PIC.
