MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To provide strategic direction in execution of Corporate Services plans and goals within the Eastern Cape Liquor Board

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum requirement is Post graduate degree in Administration or Business Management. An experience of 3-5 years in Senior Management level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Provide strategic leadership at Corporate Services • Development and implementation of Corporate Services business plan
and submission of statutory reports • Develop, review and manage ongoing implementation of ECLB Human Resources Management and Labour Relations
policies • Ensures proper functioning of the Human Resources Management and Development, Labour Relations, General Administration and Supply Chain

Qualifications and Experience
• A National Diploma or Degree in Business/Public Administration or relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage, facilitate and oversee the development, design and implementation of the Statutory Planning documents of the entity (Strategic Plan, Annual Performance Plan and Operational Plan).
