Administrative responsibilities and obligations following the redemarcation of operational areas
There have been some changes regarding operational areas for CED inspectors. The idea is to ensure that our operational areas are aligned with the operational areas of our critical stakeholder, the SAPS Cluster demarcation. Whilst the decision intends to improve on efficiencies of the organization at large the effect thereof seems to be inconveniencing the poor of the poorest as they get sent to other district offices.
The attached has been circulated to the district offices which intends to guide the attendance of ECLB clients. The basis for the memo is to ensure that we do not operate as silos and that whatever we do is to the benefit of our very important stakeholders, our clients, our prospective and current applicants as well as registered persons.
